Our transparency leads to high quality product.ABOUT PRODUCTSThanks to the Sicilian climate our local hazelnuts, almonds and pistachios are very good products. We buy them in shell directly from local growers and we process them into semi-finished products such as roasted, diced, peeled and salted nuts, pastes and powders.The Round Sicilian hazelnut is particularly appreciated for its characteristic aroma, delicate taste and intense fragrance. It peels at 80% and when roasted gives off a scent that persists in time. As hazelnuts specialist, particularly organic, we process all the Italian cultivars such as Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut (Piedmont), Gentile Romana (Lazio), Giffoni and Mortarella (Campania).The Sicilian Tuono almond is famous for its perfection in taste and shape. Cultivars like Filippo Ceo, Genco and Ferragnes are very good for semi-finished products. Such varieties are particularly appropriate to make flours, pastes and diced almonds.Last but not least the Sicilian Pistachio (Bronte) is well-known to be an excellent product for its flavor and color.
